Planet Co., Ltd. learns from the 'power of plants' to coexist within the natural environment, firmly establishing the principles of circular and sustainable 'plant-based business management' to create the distinctiveness and differentiation of Planet’s business. Just as plants firmly establish their roots and grow the trunk of a tree, we place immense importance on employee education and creating a fulfilling work environment based on the principles of the Planet concept.

Based on our management philosophy, we have formulated the "Health Management Declaration" to uphold and enhance the well-being of our employees and their families. We are committed to advancing the health of our employees and their families by prioritizing the key elements outlined in the Declaration. Furthermore, we aim to make a positive societal impact by aligning our business activities with the promotion of human health.

Our efforts directed towards environmental cleanup and social contributions through our plants are intricately connected to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) established at the UN Summit in 2015. We are committed to integrating the SDGs' perspective once more into our business initiatives.

The new normal, mental health, and well-being have all become indispensable in this evolving landscape. We must strive for business innovation and collaboration, business continuity planning (BCP), resilience-building, proactive health management, enhanced operational efficiency through IoT, and the provision of a high quality of life. Furthermore, it is essential not only to seek better or best technologies but to pioneer unique and groundbreaking technologies—what we call "Only One" technology. This requires strong collaboration among industry, academia, and government, as well as the establishment and expansion of overseas operations.
Our research center is dedicated to the development of a sustainable society, guided by the principles of Planet Co., Ltd. As an adaptable organization prepared for this new era, our core research team is comprised of young, highly skilled employees who possess both expertise and a spirit of innovation. Additionally, we aim to foster an open and inclusive culture within the research center by bringing in individuals with academic backgrounds in engineering, agriculture, and other relevant fields, as well as professionals with practical experience from diverse backgrounds, to serve as facilitators within the organization.
